Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Customer
agso Inc. is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorist financing ("CTF") laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, FATF Recommendations, and the EU AML Directives as applicable to our counterparties and transaction jurisdictions.
Before entering into any business relationship or transaction, agso Inc. conducts appropriate customer due diligence ("CDD") and, where required, enhanced due diligence ("EDD"), including:
- Verification of the identity of counterparties, beneficial owners, and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs);
- Assessment of the source of funds and source of wealth;
- Screening against OFAC, UN, EU, and other applicable sanctions and PEP lists;
- Ongoing monitoring of business relationships for unusual or suspicious activity.
Suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Counterparties who cannot satisfy our CDD requirements will not be onboarded.
Sanctions Compliance
agso Inc. does not engage in business with persons, entities, or countries subject to sanctions administered or enforced by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"), the US Department of State, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or the United Kingdom's Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI").
All prospective counterparties are screened against applicable sanctions lists prior to engagement. Any person or entity accessing this website warrants that they are not a designated or otherwise sanctioned party.
Anti-Bribery & Corruption
agso Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption. We are committed to compliance with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA"), the UK Bribery Act 2010, and all other applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
We do not offer, pay, promise, authorise, or accept any bribe, facilitation payment, kickback, or other improper benefit to or from any person — including government officials, public bodies, or private sector counterparties — in connection with any business activity.

Conflicts of Interest
agso Inc. maintains internal policies to identify, manage, and mitigate actual or potential conflicts of interest that may arise in the conduct of our business. These include conflicts between our interests and those of our counterparties, co-investors, and business partners.
Where a material conflict cannot be managed or mitigated, we will disclose it to the relevant party prior to entering into any transaction. Any counterparty who believes a conflict has not been adequately disclosed should contact us at legal@agso-estate.com.
